I’m a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Personal Trainer who helps women build sustainable habits, strengthen their bodies, and explore nutrition in ways that feel realistic and empowering. I’m a native South Floridian who has always loved movement in every form—being outside, staying active, and continually learning what it truly means to feel healthy, grounded, and well-nourished. Like many women, what “wellness” looks like for me has evolved with each decade of life.
In recent years, I felt called to connect my passion with my purpose. I stepped away
from my PR, marketing, and events career to fully pursue my love for wellness and
supporting women on their journeys. I completed Health & Wellness Coach training
through MindBodyGreen, earned my National Board Certification, and expanded my
skill set with certifications in Personal Training through NASM and Functional Nutrition.
My own midlife experience has been a powerful teacher. As my body has changed, I’ve
had to intentionally explore what supports me now—not just for longevity, but for quality
of life, physical movement, emotional strength, and mental clarity. Building and
maintaining muscle takes more dedication. Nourishing my body requires deeper
attention. Digestive shifts, mobility work, mindfulness, and being present have all
become meaningful parts of my wellness practice.
And here’s what I’ve discovered along the way:
When women reach midlife, so many of us are searching for our own version of
wellness. We want to feel good in our bodies, cultivate strength, stay engaged with life,
and support ourselves well through every new season.
My coaching philosophy is simple: partner to create a wellness journey that’s designed
around you -- who you are, your unique vision of your future, and what motivates you
from the inside out.

Health coaching bridges the gap between knowing what you want for your health and
actually creating the habits that support it. It’s a partnership that helps you move from
feeling “stuck” or overwhelmed to feeling clear, capable, and supported as you build
habits that actually fit your world.
A health coach helps you explore your motivations, values, strengths, and challenges in
a way that feels safe, empowering, and free of judgment. Together with your coach,
you’ll uncover what you want, why it matters, and how to create change that feels
doable and relevant to your life.
A health coach doesn’t tell you what to do, doesn’t diagnose, prescribe supplements or
diets, or interpret labs — but they help you tap into your own wisdom, strengths, and
capacity for change; and walk alongside you as you build a healthier, more
intentional life.
Health coaching isn’t about being a perfect client! It’s about building a life—and a way of caring for yourself—that feels true to who you are.
Women choose to work with me because they’re seeking a different kind of support —
one that feels personal, grounded, and genuinely collaborative. They’re not just looking
for information; rather they’re looking for someone who seeks to understand their world,
their responsibilities, their energy, and the kind of life they want to create.
As a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I hold space for you to

your values, and your season of life. Together, we will develop change that feels
sustainable and meaningful — without pressure, guilt, or all-or-nothing thinking.
Specifically, we will partner to combine the best of behavior-change coaching,
movement science, and principles of functional nutrition to support your personal vision.

My approach combines evidence-based strategies with a collaborative, supportive
partnership that helps you build habits directly connected to your deeper motivations.
Together, we create a wellness plan that works for your body, your lifestyle, and your
long-term goals—so your next decade feels even better than the last.
At the center of it all, I’m here to listen deeply, reflect on what’s possible, and walk with
you as you take meaningful steps towards the best version of your curated life.

After your complimentary Discovery Call to make sure we are a good fit, we’ll
create a coaching agreement tailored to your specific needs and connect to
schedule your first 60-minute coaching session to set the foundation for our work
together.
From there, ongoing sessions are approximately 30 minutes each and
are held virtually via Zoom, making it easy to connect from anywhere. In
between sessions I will check in with you as your accountability partner.
Your coaching journey is entirely personalized—designed around your goals,
your schedule, and the level of support you’re looking for. Coaching packages
can range from a focused 6-session series to longer-term partnerships that
extend over several months, depending on what feels most supportive for you.
